  1. You need to make sure the “Last reviewed” is filled out, if not, it means you haven’t started reviewing for it yet and will be on the “Not Reviewed” Tab; You also have to update it after every reveiw!

  2. If you have the “Last reviewed” filled out, you can plan your next review based on your current knowledge level of the note

    1. No Level = same day as last reviewed
    2. Level 1 = 1 day after last reviewed
    3. Level 2 = 2 days after last reviewed
    4. Level 3 = 3 days after last reviewed
    5. Level 4 = 5 days after last reviewed
    6. Level 5 = 7 days after last reviewed
    7. You can also customize this system by simple clicking on the “Next Review” column > Edit property > Formula
